I’ve been very pleased with the service from McCall since around September of last year when Kylan got involved. Subsequent to the installation of new sod at my home and rental property in the March-April timeframe, Ralph has been working with me closely and communicating before the service is performed. He has been carefully monitoring the condition of the lawn at each property and applying products appropriate to safeguard the wellbeing of the lawns. He listens to my concerns and describes the best approach to addressing them prior to each visit. His professionalism and sincere caring has given me the assurance I was seeking regarding giving the lawns every advantage.
