I have always had good experiences with Griggs&Browne, but this last visit was a disaster. Not only did my Technician not arrive between 9-11, as planned, but I had to contact the company to inquire why. When I was told he was now arriving between 1-3, I gave the benefit of the doubt. When the technician arrived at 2:57, he informed me that he was new and not qualified to answer my questions. Though I appreciated his honesty, the company was well-aware of the reason for requesting a visit. I now had to reschedule for a 3rd time and lose yet another day out of an already packed calendar.
