One of your reps came to our house last Wednesday wanting to sign us up for quarterly pest control. I stated we only needed a single treatment to remove yellow jacket wasps under our back porch, which I brought him there to show him where the infestation was. He stated no problem and would come back later to sign a document as I was on the phone. When he returned, I was still on the phone so signed the form. He stated the exterminator would come by Sunday morning to deal with the issue. Today, two days later, the wasps are still very active with no sign of reduction and I noticed green pods around the house. I looked at the document I signed and it appears to be a one year contract for all pests, which is not what I wanted. I told him I just wanted a one time treatment to exterminate the wasps under the back deck.
