Not entirely. The technichans have been good when they arrive, but communication about arrival times has bordered on comical. Also, the traps and poison have been largely ineffective, and rodents continued to run around my kitchen, necessitating a $750 repair to my dishwasher. So far in the two months we have used Terminix, one mouse has been caught in a trap and one was found dead outside the house. In addition, Terminix attempted to bill me twice for the same service, causing me a lot of time wasted on the phone trying to get the second charge of over $500 reversed. To their credit, it was reversed, but it should not have been there in the first place. We are seeing a reduction in mice and rat activity, but are not convinced this is due to the efforts of Terminix and not our own efforts. However, it is nice to finally see a "no rodent activity" service report from Terminix.
