Your customer service is horrible. Was scheduled for service at 1:00 pm, got a call at 1:30 that the technician would be another hour. I started calling after 3:00 to cancel the service because no one had showed up. Got passed around to every department including accounting or at times the number rang and rang and phone was not answered. I am owed for my time $50.00 an hour for my time and aggravation. I am not blaming the technician, apparently he was over booked.
