I am very pleased with the service provided by Terminix. The technicians always arrive within the given time frame, which is emailed to me several days beforehand with an office phone number to contact should the date/time not be suitable. All technicians are polite and knowledgeable about the pests we have and they deal with the bait boxes promptly. They show me which ones have been tampered with (and explain that we still have rodents present in that area) and which ones remain untouched. I would highly recommend Terminix to friends.
