Your service of our property seemed fine, however when I called to ask a question I got a virtual assistant and not a live person, so I wasn't able to get my question answered. As long as I have to deal with a virtual assistant I will not do business with you going forward. This just tells me that customer service is not a priority it's just a convenient way for you to take care of service.
