I don't know the quality of the work the company Bugout does, as I have not requested their services. However, I can say that if I had been looking for an exterminator, I didn't have to look very far. One of Bugout's drivers that just happened to be in the Brooklyn Park area of Anne Arundel County (21225) on February 28th, decided to follow me for several blocks as I walked down the street. He turned down atleast three side streets off of the main road and than watched me walk into my house as he sat at the bottom of the street I live on. The only description that I can give is that he is a white male with glasses. I wasn't able to see his entire tag number, only the last three numbers, 191. It seems to me that the company, BUGOUT, should know what drivers were in the area at the time and compare it to the information I gave them when I called them to report their driver. The person that answered the phone told me that the driver was probably lost & pulled onto the street I live on for that reason. She asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor & put me on hold & than told me that no one was available. She didn't ask for my name or phone number, just said that she would let the supervisor know. I told her to please do that and that I would be letting the police know. I did call Anne Arundel County police non-emergency and made a report. * I had to give atleast a one star rating to submit my review, however I do know that if I should need extermination services in the future, I would not call BUGOUT! BEWARE!!
