I am not satisfied with the cleaning results. Some pieces were not cleaned properly, even though I was charged over 2k for the service. It is very difficult to coordinate a time for you to come back and clean the remaining piece. Karla informed me that I have to call you to reschedule, as the hours you sent me yesterday are already booked frontdesk@oneparkgrove.net. It would be better if you could contact the building directly, to avoid wasting my time.

Regarding the specific details of the job performed, we cleaned an extensive list of items on that day, including 4 dining room chairs, 2 easy chairs, 4 sofas, 1 sectional, 2 headboards/kickboards/sideboards, and an area rug. It is our policy to return to a client's job if they express dissatisfaction with our services, and that we did on Monday February 26th arrival between 1:00-3:00 P.M. It is our understanding that our return visit successfully addressed all your concerns and no other action is needed to be taken.
