Everyone has been informative and professional. The only issue I have is that we spent almost 300 dollars to take care of a minor roach problem just for the exterminator to give us the wrong information and told us to clean after treatment even though you weren't supposed to. Inspector said it wasn't a big deal but gave no comfort that treatment would still be effective. So now it feels like we wasted money. Offered no solutions, just "it's not a big deal because it's not an acctive infestation". There needs to be some clearly defined written instructions on what to do after treatment and all staff need to be on the same page with what they tell customers to do. Again, they were kind and informative, but not on the same page.
