Raymond did a wonderful job, as usual, explaining what he was doing every day and installing "sticky box" traps in our downstairs rooms in view of a few unwelcome friends we discovered (dead ones, though). Raymond is an exceptional customer service representative for Home Paramount and we have always been pleased with our service.
