We were directed to this company through home warranty. The first day I called five times and got no answer left two messages and went online and requested a call back. The second day, I called three times and got an answer the third but the woman couldn't help me and stated that their warranty system was not working correctly but another person could get the information needed but she was at lunch. I was told I would get a call back once the other person returned from lunch. I waited for 3 hrs and finally called them back but no one would answer. I utilized their website chat again and was told that they didn't get the work order from my home warranty. I called the home warranty company and they spoke to Bell Cow and resent the work order. I waited an hour and tried again and was told yet again that they hadn't recieved the work order and that they would call me back once recieved. They never called back!!! I called the home warranty company and they tried several times to call Bell Cow but didn't get an answer. I'm sure that their technicians are great but unfortunately you have to get past the front office and they have the WORST customer service I've encountered in this area. All I expected was to get scheduled for a service call and I couldn't even get that or any call back explaining why. I also left a customer service review on the home warranty website to try to remove this company from their services at the first opportunity. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I never even got an appointment!
