Joe was super helpful and informative. We were under services of another extermination firm that had provided information on where rodents were entering a crawl space, but they were not providing help to solve the problem and determine possible other issues. I requested USPM to survey the property and provide their assessment. Joe was very informative and knowledgeable, listened carefully to the history and what we had learned. Then on the spot, he entered the crawl space and sealed off the known entry with hydraulic cement. One call, they were there in 3 days, and did a job we had been trying to get done for weeks. Huge thanks to Joe who really came with an attitude to do everything he could to help then and there! When our existing contract runs out, we hope to sign up USPM for future work.
