Technician did not show up for my scheduled appointment on Monday, 5/13/2019, that was made the prior Thursday, 5/9/2019. I waited until 10 am and I had to call to find out why no one showed up. Was told I was not on the schedule. I called Technician George and he said he was on another job and did not know why he wasn't sent to do my work. Said he goes where they send him. On 5/10/2019, Technician George picked up my hot water heater, toilet & kitchen faucet that I had purchased ahead of time from Lowes. He advised me to leave everything there and he would pick items up on day of my appointment. I took off from work and lost a whole day of work, waiting for these people to bring my merchandise to my home. To make matters worse, my hot water heater box was wet and torn. Technician George had an attitude and threatened to leave my hot water heater on my porch because I was questioning him about the condition of my water heater. He also made comment to me "I've dealt with people like you before, and it's always the same thing." Not sure what he meant but he needs an attitude adjustment. I did get a call from the project manager who apologized. He seemed sincere. I will select another business for my services that I need. I won't use Bell Cow.
