I needed a termite inspection for a VA Refi and Edwin was the technician that came to inspect the house. He was very professional when he arrived, especially when he was inspecting the inside, he put on protective booties on his shoes so that he is not tracking dirt and water inside the house! He answered all my questions and did not take long, considering that our house is relatively new.
