On 06/20 there was a scheduled service by Home Paramount at my home at 1513 Hiddenbrook Drive, Herndon, VA. Unfortunately we were not at home when the technician Billy Brown arrived at 10:09am. He left at 10:39am (interesting, an exact 30 minutes!). We arrived back around 11:30am. The Invoice #3850896 for the work had some interesting statements on it, given that we were not at home!

a) Customer is unavailable to sign (true!). He did state that he treated the exterior in various ways.
b) "I treated the interior using a precise application method" (how did he get in?)
c) "I also inspected and refilled the mouse bait stations" (I had no idea we had such stations?)
d) Under "Products Application Summary" I find: "Areas Applied: Bedroom, Family Room, Interior, Doors, etc. etc." These are all inside a locked house??
e) Under "Products Applied" there is a similar 'Areas Applied'.

I phoned your Customer Support (888.888.4663) to ask for clarification. The lady agreed that something was not right, and promised to investigate immediately and call me back. I'm still waiting 4 days later.

In the meantime I received an electronic invoice for $96.90, and a hardcopy one through the mail. At very least I expected to hear about a return visit to do the interior, but I've heard nothing.
