It has been difficult finding a vendor in my area which cleans drapes. I contacted Dry Concepts and they immediately sent out a technician to check out my project and provided me with an estimate. Since it was considerably more costly to have the drapes taken down and then rehung after a factory cleaning, I opted to have them cleaned at my house. The tech told me what the process was, thoroughly vacuumed 2 large panels with pleats, then used a mild dry cleaning solution on them and re-vacuumed afterwards. While a factory cleaning may have been better, the drapes definitely smell better after the process.
