Here are some suggestions for future service after a month of service:
- please schedule pool services 6, 7, or 8 days apart. Less than or more than that seems not as beneficial to the customer.
- for balance water chemistry, it would serve the customer to let them know exactly what is the data being measured and the values for this chemistry, such as ph & salt level, & any other water chemistry value being measured. Records are important.
- when salt is needed, please specify when & how much is being added to the pool in pounds of salt. Again records are important.
- finally, I noticed that the water filter is leaking quite a bit of water. Why is that? Is it a seal issue? I placed a ceramic tile to block the splash from soaking the wall as that is not a good thing to happen.
