I explained to the tech that came to my house that i have an indoor roach problem. He acknowledged that I did and where the were and what the next steps would be to eliminate them. I signed up and paid an upfront fee and agreed to a monthly amount. When I called about when I was going to get the roach "treatment" I was told it was not part of what I signed up for. I had to pay an additional amount of around $300 for each roach application. Make sure you KNOW what you are signing up for with this company because the reps most get paid a percentage for every person they sign up...in otherwords they lie to get a paycheck.
