The technician and his apprentice - who installed our new very quite Ruud system - were very professional. Unfortunately there were some install hick-ups over the weekend. My complaint is Bell Cow has no emergency personnel available on the weekend if there are issues. We had to wait till Monday to get a response. Bell Cow was quick to respond once they were back to work. They did fix the issue promptly. But if you decide to employ Bell Cow for your a/c installation, you should consider the fact of no response available on the weekends.
