I called Excel Pest Services and they scheduled an appointment right away to address my concern. Phil called me to confirm he was on his way. He came at the scheduled time that was given to me. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them right away. Told me what he was going to do for me and explained the service in detail. Kudos to Phil Infermo for a job well done.
