We had a positive experience. We thought we had bats in the chimney but turned out ot be Chimney Swift birds (never heard of them) and we have to tolerate the squawking until they fly south, then replace the chimney cap. The rep also went out of his way to look at other critter issues in our old house. Very helpful and we're happy not to have bats.
