Bradley showed up on time, explained what he would do after assessing the problem. He took care of it promptly and then explained orally and in writing what products he had used. The price was what was quoted on the phone and there were multiple ways to pay for it. He promised to return if the problem returns within 60 days. I didn’t get any other quotes, so I’m not sure if the price was fair. I would definitely call Bug Zapper again.
