We have had the termite service for over 20 years and it’s been great

The pest control service was absolutely horrible and we had to call someone else in to finish the job Paramount was supposed to do. And they’re still trying to bill us for work they didn’t perform when they caused damage to our home

With regard to the quarterly pest control, That also did not start off on a good foot but now that we have the same tech for the last two times it’s improved. It’s pretty expensive though for the service provided

Conclusion: noting termite and home pest control are two different entities under Paramount

For termite service we would give them five stars.

For the other pest services (I.e.; mice, ants, spiders, etc) We can only give a 1 star rating because we still have the pests, and they canceled interior service issues and damage still have not been resolved Apparently this company doesn’t know how to complete service or any other task. A shame because two of their techs are very nice and do try to do a good job.
