Why did I pay for your pest services (rat & mice) and when your representative showed up and he had NO TRAPS to set outside for the varmints, he stated they were out of stock!!!!!☹☹☹ This is the second time, your REPRESENTATIVES have LIED to me; #1. when I purchased to get my crawl space insulated, I was told that there was Termite protection in the insulation, a Total Lie!!!! #2. How does a representatives in-field and in-office fail to know that your out of stock of RATS TRAPS???? I would really like your Office Manager to EXPLAIN THIS TO ME IN PERSON.. STOP the Mis-information coming from your employees, there are people out here that ask questions from your installers...
