I received two reports from the technician. One said his meter for checking the bait stations needed to be charged and he would come back. The other report said he checked the bait stations. Both said there was no one at home which is not true. My brother was home and working at the kitchen table during the time the technician allegedly was at the house. My brother never saw anyone checking bait stations in the yard and no one ever knocked on the front door or rang the doorbell. The technician left a sign in the front yard but we do not believe that he conducted an inspection. Obviously, no one inspected the inside of the home. I am not happy. Crystal Broughan.
