Not happy with their service. They did the first treatment and after 1 week we started seeing bedbugs again. Called the tech to come out and check and do treatment again and he said we were supposed to do "Prep" which no one told us about the prep sheet. They didnt give it to us. We told him we saw bedbugs and since he didnt.. he didnt do anything. Once he left, my family found one and took a picture yet nothing. Honestly feels like waste of money. They didn't keep their word.
