Currently have a termite, bat, and moisture control service with Terminix. Setting that last new services has been frustrating because multiple phone calls have been required to setup each work order. I signed up for a re-installation of crawl space insulation and installation of a dehumidifier. But that has only produced a dozen phone calls over the past week from various numbers/people. It seems Terminix is not able to schedule everything at once. I've been asked to return many calls, but every time I call back the one person that I must speak to is unavailable. Additionally, I was told that my most recent termite inspection had no notes on the work order in their system, so I'm also receiving calls about scheduling an appointment that just occurred a few weeks ago. The internal communication at Terminix appears to be lacking/non-existent from my point of view.
