The services were not what I expected. The treatment was not thorough which required multiple visits. I requested to cancel services and they sent someone out and charged my account $92. I requested treatment for fleas and roaches and the salesman wrote up treatment for flies and roaches. The services and communication has been poor. I asked for a returned call from the supervisor and never received the second call. I would like a refund and cancel routine services immediately.
