This was the third time we've used Halt Pest Control. We loved our technician the first two times. He was very thorough and helped us remedy some areas that appeared to be the entry point for mice. This third time we had a new technician that was very nice, but I felt that the services offered were what we could have done ourselves for much cheaper. Never having used sticky paper, we were shocked when we discovered a mouse stuck alive that we had to dispose of. I don't want mice in my house, but I also don't want to have to kill one myself. The crawl space, after request, was opened and looked inside, but the technician never went underneath to check it out or remove dead mice as our first technician had. Overall I was disappointed. A few bait stations were placed outside for $250.
