I would recommend this pest control agent to anyone who wants FRUSTRATIONS, DiSAPPOINTMENT, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES.
I was literally deceived by appearance choosing this company among others when Phil came for a free inspection because he was knowledgeable, thorough & friendly. However, after I signed the contract, nightmares came continuously.
The technician Sean is nice but his judgment & schedules are unreliable. Still hearing noise in the attic, I begged him to leave the traps over the weekend when he wanted to remove them. 3 big rats were caught in the following week! On 4-14-23, he said he would return on 4–17 to check the traps, yet he’s invisible and per the receptionist, Jodi, he’s not scheduled to come until May!!
Jodi is a special character who got annoyed for occupying her phone line when I inquired about Sean’s schedule when he didn’t show up one day. Rude & loud, Jodi sounded worse than a debt collector seen on TV when she demanded for my credit card # immediately 2 days before the payment was due. I answered her call while working in the yard, and she couldn’t wait till I went back to the house. It’s insane that she would expect someone bringing a credit card to work in the yard!
