20 days after treatment there are more roaches and ants than before. The inspector guy never even showed up to inspect for carpenter ants and moths. I had to call them back and reschedule, though I guess I shouldn't have bothered.

I apologize that your pest control problem was not resolved. Both of these pests can take time to get under control which is why we recommend a pest control maintenance plan to make sure the current infestation is addressed and then you have a system in place to make sure that infestation does not return.
