For the web site, no comment. As far as services rendered, still to early to tell, I got about an hour to drill holes and put in traps for bugs and the cost was really high :( I hope I never see another bug again. I haven't a clue how long these will last, or if they will get emptied and refilled.

As far as salesmen go, my first one said My lot was smaller then the minimum charge (bad enough to pay more because your yard's to small) But he went on to say my entire lawn was ALL weeds and that McCalls would kill the weeds on half my yard for the same price (more then twice the price per foot) And WHEN I removed the other half and put in sod they would do the whole lawn how nice of them I DIDN'T GET LAWN SERVICE.
MAYBE this is normal for the industry, kill the weeds but not remove them nor replace any grass that is needed :) Maybe McCalls should be called "KILLERS, killers of weeds, killers of bugs, killers of rodents and not listed as LAWN CARE.
