Terrible service! I had a consultant come out and assess my pool. We signed a contract. Upon the very first visit by the cleaner, he refused to clean it unless I signed up for an additional $300 service (which I did not need, I can assure you). I called the service manager several times, who never even returned my calls. No one did. I eventually got through to a service representative who said they are "reviewing my case." My case? I called the next day and they said they are not interested in servicing my pool (no further explanation). I guess my money isn't good here. Several words I would use to describe my experience with Economy Pools: Duplicitous, Dishonest, Frustrating, Inconsistent, Unreliable, Difficult to contact, and Dismissive, Rude.

I would rather deal with the IRS than deal with Economy Pool. Stay away!!
