I have been called and left voice messages on my phone stating when the tech will be out to service my home. Twice I was given the wrong times and the tech arrived at a different time that I was told by the Home Paramount message system of service day and time. This first quarterly visit for 2022 I noticed an increase in the service amount and was not notified in advance of an increase in the price I feel that companies supplying a service to a customer should inform the customer of price increases by email or written correspondence before receiving a price increase. That is common practice among good companies and common courtesy to the customer. We have been customers with Home Paramount for almost six years and I feel are not a customer friendly company.
Also, I have spoken to some other Home Paramount customers that I know and they were not invoiced a higher service price. Why are some customers getting higher pricing than others? We are seriously thinking about dropping our quarterly service with Home Paramount and going with another pest control company.
