I am very upset about the way my account was handled. The first application was applied, then the following month, nobody showed up and it was already 1 week late. It seems that once the first application is done, Brooke's job is done too. An individual should have been assigned to my account, but nobody bothered to do that; furthermore, calls and texts to Brooke were unanswered. I called the office and was told about an individual being assigned to me. They finally assigned a gentleman who was not even told about my account so a month and a week went by with nobody coming over. I was finally assigned a gentleman and he is very sweet. I was not happy about the way my account was ignored! They sure don't forget to get their money, but they forget their new customers!!!! I am hoping things will be better next time I fill out this survey. I purposely did not leave the review on Google because my intention is to make you aware of the lack of communication between Brooke/Office and my service person.
