We've been with Advanced IPM for over 2 years for 13 of my properties. We have always receive excellent service by our technician. However, the scheduling process could use improvements starting by giving at least one week's notice that the technician will be stopping by and giving estimated times of arrival or a window to work with. I would like to be able to schedule and manage my appointments online. Improvements in scheduling will be greatly appreciated and will avoid problems between myself and my tenants while Advanced IPM technician is there.
