The house inspection was cursory at best: a 15 minute walk around the exterior of the house using a video camera on a long pole to look for evidence of rodents. No inspection indoors or discussion of our layperson's diagnosis of "squirrels". A thorough inspection by another company, including inspection of eaves, foundation, and rodent evidence in the basement confirmed our issue was more likely mice than squirrels. The UltraPest worker was pleasant.
