They came out to the home and definitely found that we had termites. They got the findings to me within a few days and their recommendations. We needed to have the home tented. I asked them when they could come out to take care of the issue as we were getting ready to sell our home. They sent someone out finally to measure a week later after I called a few times. After a MONTH, they finally got back to me with when they could put me on the schedule. That was absolutely ridiculous! We used another company to tent due to the lack of care for what we needed to accomplish. I'm sorry to say that although my inspector was very nice, the company behind him needs to know how to treat their clients. I use exterminators constantly as a high and realtor and will mostly likely pass on using Newport Exterminating Again.
