Very disappointed with the customer service I received from "Dana", as a prospective client. While trying to set up an appointment to sign a new service contract, I was requesting to have Rob deliver the papers and collect the fee to my home address rather than the service address.
Her response was very rude and negative and she demanded that I meet him at the other location. While explaining again why I needed the change, she spoke with such venom one would think it was personal and told me NO!!
I took a step back and apologized to her for any offense I may have caused during the exchange, while also telling her she was very unprofessional and I ended the call. I"ve never been treated so harshly while trying to give a business my hard-earned money.
Needless to say, I called back and canceled my service. I am fortunate this happened now rather than later after I was locked into the contract.
I"ve taken my business elsewhere and I will inform my family and friends. I was forewarned by a previous client about a rude representative experience, but I figured, anyone can have a not so stellar day. I guess this is the norm.
