I am not happy with this service. I was told by the sales person that I would only need to be out of my house for 2 hours but it was actually 4-6 hours. I was told the treatment would be more than a spray. They only sprayed the 3 area carpets that I own. I have a hardwood floor home. Communication was missing entirely on how to prep for the process and I asked for a manager to call me and still have heard nothing. Still seeing fleas. Terrible customer service and communication. Very disappointed.
