David is absolutely fantastic. He makes Terminix look professional, and extremely customer service oriented. He always makes sure he understands the pest issues we're having before he starts the service, and makes sure we don't need anything else before he leaves. If we're having a recurring control problem, he proactively sets follow-up appointments to make sure the issue is resolved. I've had quite a few pest control companies and their respective service technicians and David's work ethic is sadly the exception instead of the rule. David is a gem and he helps make Terminix an amazing service provider. Thank you!
