I have been a long time customer but I've been a bit upset this past year with how my appointments have been handled. I asked that I be given a call before the tech is sent out to confirm appointments. That has not been happening and the company then, must send someone out a second time to do the inside of the home for quarterly service. These call backs would be unnecessary if I'd received a phone call about the visit. Please to help with saving the company some money and time, do as I have asked and give me a call before showing up and I'm not here.
