Just trust most of the other people"s bad reviews. Do not use them. They lied to me when I first signed up to the service. Someone named john the sales person told me the over $300 yearly service I signed up for will take care of ALL pest issues. But it did not. Still notice roaches and other crawling incests around the house after the first and 2nd apply. Not to mentioned they did not even show up for the scheduled 2nd spray. No one even called to reschedule. I had to call them to rescheduled. Then Two days ago we noticed some fleas on our dog, I called them and was told they were going to send someone over to take care of the flea problem the next day. We took half of day to wait for them then to find out the additional flea service is $190 for one application. Not only that, the person who came over did not have the equipment to perform the flea control? They wasted half of my day just like that. A total nightmare company. I can"t believe they are still in business. Will report this to bbb ASAP.
