I am pleased with the technician, however, the salt cell that you sold me and installed, nor the light you sold me and installed have both failed to work. Light not at all, salt cell not working. I have spoken to numerous people regarding these problems including Mark and Betsy. Really don’t need to talk to anyone again....just replace the faulty equipment you sold me and ensure they work, or refund the cost. Barbara Travis.
