Think the robo call that doesn't have a person on the line when you say hello three times is a terrible way for you to set up appointments, especially when so may other solicitors do this. People do not call them back because they figure that it is someone trying to sell something. We had specific instructions, due to pets, that we had to speak with a tech to arrange access to house. This was done all year until this last time, which was after the annual contract. Was informed when I called that we automatically renewed, which I would never have signed if was aware of that. I like to speak to agent to renew anything. Unhappy they entered my property and sprayed outside. Canceled due to this. Think it was poor service this time. Would have given 5 star until this trip.
