Not sure, I paid $600 to find out I do not have a problem. Now I am paying $99 per month to ensure I don’t have a problem that I did not have in the first place.
I would be happier if I did not have to cough up the original $600.
If you determined I did not have an issue, refund $300, I am still pay you every month.
