Ty did a good job and made a detailed report to me on status of termite control.
However, Terminix has scheduled 2 extra persons this year who turned out to be SALES people. I only need Steve who does the moisture and is consistently aware of the fact that I have full thickness pine boards for floors and must not get too dry, and a variety of people who have come for termite check. Please do not call me to schedule SALES as I am not purchasing anything else!!
Steve does a super job for me and I want to keep him for the moisture checks.
