This is the first time in all our years that we've gotten an automated message saying someone was coming on out on XX date to inspect the exterior of the home, then later gotten a letter saying there was a problem and the problem was that the inspector could not inspect the inside. When the inspector arrived, we both seemed to be expecting the annual EXTERIOR inspection. He never mentioned going inside. He was nice and did his job. There seems to be an issue with the scheduling. Now we have to schedule someone to come and do the interior. Would have preferred the inspector do both at the same time. We don't understand what happened.
