I have a quarterly service with Pest Bear and had not problems when Willie James performed my service. Had to call them back out to redo my service and it's still not completely done. I'm about to drop the service. Also, I've ask for directions once the lawn is treated so I will know how to water and what was put down. I wen to this company after a few issues with the last company but at least they would leave a notice as to what was put down and when to water. My grass keeps burning as they do not leave instructions as the next steps once treated, how or what was treated.
